It's best if you can attend all 8 sessions. As you will have enhanced clarity week on week. However, if you do end up skipping a class, you can catch up in the next class. We always offer repetitions. No make up classes provided.
Yes. Absolutely. Arundhati will tell you what to skip on these days. But if you're up for it you can continue pranayama on these days.
Yes. You will have recommended practices between classes.
Ideally, pranayama is best done on a relatively empty stomach. Beverages are okay. At best a light snack 90 minutes before class.
