Introducing your kids to yoga at a young age can have a tremendous impact on their childhood and eventually on their adult life. Our Kids Yoga classes were created to be fun, effective, and educational for your children.

Srujana is the Kids Yoga instructor. She is originally from South India and has been teaching with Aham Yoga for 4 years. She loves children and has been teaching them for many years. Her goal is to make every child feel welcome and as if they've accomplished something during each class. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, gardening, and playing with her own children.

What does my child need for class?
Each child will need to bring a yoga mat and come in comfortable clothes with a water bottle. We will take care of the rest. :)
What if my child can't make it to class?
That's okay! We understand schedules change. They can pick right back up in the next class. At this time there will be no makeup classes offered and no refund for missed classes.
How long is the season?
The Fall Yoga classes will run every Sunday from Sept. 19th to December 19th. There will be no class the weekend of Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Can I stay to watch my child participate in class?
Unfortunately, due to limited studio space and current COVID-19 guidelines, parents will not be allowed to watch class in studio. You are welcome to wait in your car.
My child has certain limitations, can they do yoga?
Yes! Our classes are for all ability levels. The instructor will always offer modifications for poses. You're welcome to reach out to [email protected] if you need to discuss your child's circumstances further.
