Pranayama Yoga Teacher Training & Immersion

Program Dates

This is a live zoom training in 2 parts for easy participation.

  • May 21st to May 23rd, 2021 (Part 1)
  • June 4th to June 6th, 2021 (Part 2)
  • 09:00 am to 12:00 noon PST (Session 1)
  • 01:00 pm to 03:30 pm PST (Session 2)

Pranayama is an integral, essential & often hidden part of yoga. Sometimes referred to as the art of yogic breathing. Pranayama is a full system of practice within yoga which uses the breath as a means of reaching deeper realms of our being.  For the sincere yoga practitioner, stepping into the glory of pranayama is a natural progression of yoga practice.

Yoga teachers who study, practice and teach pranayama will not only feel deeply rewarded in their own journey but will also find a new way of sharing yoga with the world. Here are all the details for the online training.


The training is Live via Zoom. Certifying teachers need to be present live for all sessions. No exceptions.

How to certify?

Any teachers who are part of the 300-hour yoga teacher program need to be present live for all sessions. No exceptions. The option of getting a pranayama yoga teacher training certificate is available to live participants. Details of how to apply for certification will be discussed in the live training.

In addition to 30 hours of live training content, the Pranayama Teacher Training Manual is also included with this course. This mini e-book is a well-organized and easy-to-navigate resource full of instruction, sequencing prompts, insight, tips, and inspiration from Arundhati’s course. Use this manual to unlock the richness of pranayama yoga, become more familiar with yourself, and discover how to work with, and ultimately care for others.

Module Pre-requisites
  • Consistent asana practice for at least 1 year at least
  • Must be able to sit comfortably on the floor with support
  • Should have good mastery over breathing in asana practice
  • Must have a basic meditation practice
  • Must have basic props
  • Certifying teachers must be present live for all classes
