Live Stream Classes
All Live stream classes are offered online via Zoom. You can join class via your Wellness living account or with the link that is emailed out several minutes before the start of class.
Level 1
Perfect for those who are new(ish) to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to rebuild a consistent practice. Our Level 1 Yoga classes focus on essential poses, alignment, and mindful movement. You’ll learn how to move safely and confidently while developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Classes move at a slow to moderate, supportive pace—ideal for exploring yoga without feeling rushed. You’ll be guided step-by-step through foundational postures, breathing techniques, and gentle transitions that create a strong base for lifelong practice.
We occasionally use props to enhance comfort and alignment, and every class offers personalized guidance in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether you’re starting again or discovering yoga for the first time, this class helps you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build confidence on and off the mat.

Restorative yoga is the perfect 90 minute class to reboot and rejuvenate from inside out. This class focuses on resting in different postures and relaxing the nervous system. Helps lower cortisol and turn on our rest and digest state. A calming practice to bring balance to your busy life.

ABC's of Ayurveda Workshop (Pt 1)

Step into the world of Ayurveda through three simple yet powerful pillars: Awareness, Balance, and Conscious Living. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to observe your body with awareness, understand the principles of balance using Ayurvedic gunas (qualities), and apply easy rituals to create a more grounded and nourishing lifestyle.

Spring in Ayurveda is a time of renewal but also heaviness, sluggish digestion, congestion, and low motivation. In this Part 2 workshop, we build on the foundations of awareness and balance to gently awaken the body, rebalance digestion, and support natural cleansing. You’ll learn how to transition out of winter habits, lighten routines, and align with spring’s rising energy using food, movement, and daily rituals that feel realistic and sustainable.

Yoga for Seniors
Coming Soon! A mindful class designed for older adults to promote mobility, maintain range of motion, ensure stability, and increase vitality. Prenatal Yoga
This class is offered for pregnant people looking to take care of their changing bodies and deepen mind-body connection in preparation for birth. Expect key adapted yoga poses to strengthen and support the pregnant body, plus address common aches and pains. A calming class that will foster a tie between parent and growing baby.
