Beginners Yoga
This class is for: Individuals with no prior yoga experiece, pregnant women, anyone recovering from an injury

Our beginners classes are offered as a 6-week series with each week building on the next to establish a solid foundation for your yoga practice. This class is our slowest-paced class with limited enrollment allowing the instructor more one-on-one time with each student for adjustments and questions.

Live Stream Classes
All Live stream classes are offered online via Zoom. You can join class via your Wellness living account or with the link that is emailed out several minutes before the start of class.
All Levels Yoga
This class is for: All yoga students except for beginners
​
All experience level students are welcome to this class. There will be options for level 1, 2 & 3 students. These classes are usually offered on weekends or during popular time slots to make room for different levels of practice to come together and get their yoga in.
