Beginners Yoga
This class is for: Individuals with no prior yoga experiece, pregnant women, anyone recovering from an injury

Our beginners classes are offered as a 6-week series with each week building on the next to establish a solid foundation for your yoga practice. This class is our slowest-paced class with limited enrollment allowing the instructor more one-on-one time with each student for adjustments and questions.

Live Stream Classes
All Live stream classes are offered online via Zoom. You can join class via your Wellness living account or with the link that is emailed out several minutes before the start of class.
Level 1 Yoga
Level 1 classes are ideal for those who are new(ish) but not a complete yoga beginner, returning after a break, or anyone looking for revisiting fundamentals. These classes focus on fundamental poses and foundational movements, with an emphasis on proper alignment, technique, and breath. The pace is slow to moderate and supportive, allowing you to build strength, flexibility, and confidence safely. Whether you're just starting out or easing back into your practice, this class provides a solid foundation to help you progress at your own pace and move forward with ease.
