-
What are the pre-requisites for enrolling? You should have basic practice, including surya namaskars, and an understanding of basic beginner-to intermediate level asanas. An on-going current yoga practice is required to enroll in this course. It's best to start asana classes at Aham Yoga to prepare for the training.
-
Are make-up classes offered if a training date doesn't work with my schedule? No make-up classes are provided. You will need to attend all the live sessions to complete your course. If you miss a weekend, you'll be required to catch up before the next one. If you miss more than a weekend, you'll need to complete your missed weekend session in the next available training. Certificates will be given only after full completion.
-
When are enrollment cut-offs?The training is on a first come first served basis. We teach small group classes, so early registrations are encouraged. If you miss this round, the next one will be late 2025.
-
Can I study only some modules? To get a comprehensive understanding, you'd be required to study all modules. You don't need to do the teaching requirements of the course if you are not interested. But you won't be able to pick a module or 2 as they're all interconnected.
-
I'm not sure teaching is for me just yet. Can I still take this course?Yes. 100%. This course is designed first to teach you yoga. Those who want to teach are welcome to do the additional lessons.
-
Are there any scholarships offered? We're working on creating a scholarship fund. It's not available right now, but we do offer payment plans for interested participants.
