Yoga for Beginners

Enroll right away in our beginners yoga series. This is the best place to start your yoga or return to it after a long break. At Aham Yoga, we've offered these for 8 years in a row. Helping many just like you start, succeed & fall in love with yoga practice. All you need to do is sign up for beginners yoga & show up to class. Most often, people like you want to enjoy the benefits of yoga but confused about where to start. The beginner series is the perfect way to get into yoga. 

No prior experience necessary. This series is offered in-studio & online. 4 weeks series. Next available series is listed below. If these dates don't work for you. Don't worry, the next one will be online in a couple of weeks.

Regular Yoga Classes

Level 1, Level 2/3 & All Level Classes

Once you've completed beginners yoga. You head into a level 1 class. We offer a few different levels to cater to the different needs, abilities & goals of the student. 

 Level 1 classes are for advanced beginners, or anyone seeking a gentle to moderate yoga class. If you feel you’d need a bit more than a beginners class – this is the class for you
Level 2&3 is for the experienced practitioner. These yoga classes will challenge you physically, mentally & work towards refinement of asana, breath & mindfulness. It’s best suited for people with consistent yoga asana experience.
All levels are a mix of level 1 to level 3 practitioners. The teachers will provide high-value, expert guidance based on your level of experience or requirements from the practice that day. Suitable for anyone who has completed beginners yoga.

Pranayama Yoga Classes...

Pranayama is essential a detailed breath focussed practice in Yoga. In our pranayama class, you'll learn different breathing techniques to upregulate or downregulate your nervous system. 

Attending this class will help you have better energy, clarity, focus, sleep, mood & immunity. All levels welcome. Offered in 4-week series. A must-learn if you are looking at long-term investment in your wellness.


Our pranayama series are structured, personalized, & engaging. You just need to sign up & let us take care of the rest. Online & in-studio sessions.
