#domoreyoga in #2018. A new year celebration at Aham yoga

From day 1 of Aham Yoga, our mission has been to take yoga to as many people as possible in the local community. To make it accessible and to help integrate yoga into everyday lives of the community. As we head into 2018, there is no better way to kickstart the new year than an immersive morning of yoga practice, meditation, breathing and setting intentions for the coming year. We invite you to join us on January 1st, 2018 to start the new year with yoga. Let’s set an intention to #domoreyoga in #2018.

Below is the line up of yoga events at Aham Yoga. We encourage you to attend the full event or attend individual events. We have limited mat space available in the studio. So pre-registrations are encouraged.

#domoreyoga 2-hour all levels yoga class

A 2-hour power packed yoga practice that includes everything from sun salutations, inversions, balances, standing poses, seated forward bends, backward bends to Shavasana. The full spectrum of asana practice. This practice is suitable for all levels. Beginners and pregnant women are recommended to avoid this 2-hour class. Come with your mat, a towel to throw over props, a water bottle and the willingness to stay alert and in your body for 2 hours.

Time: 10 am to 12 noon

Tuition: $35 early bird. Walk-ins $40

Yoga Nidra (a guided relaxation in Shavasana)…

Yoga Nidra is a simple, yet powerful yogic technique. Be guided through a full body relaxation in Shavasana. Leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, refreshed. And enjoy the benefits of enhanced clarity and energy. This practice is open to all levels. Please come in comfortable, warm clothing.

Time: 12:15pm to 1pm

Tuition: $25 early bird, $30 at the door

January yoga challenge

Join us for an at home 31-day yoga challenge this January. All you need to do is watch our new yoga video every day and practice along with us for 31 days. This is the reward right here – the ability to step on your mat every single day for 31days. Each video will be just 10 minutes long and a fun home practice for everyone. If you would like to win something from us at the end of the 31 days and inspire other people around you to #domoreyoga in #2018.
