Building on our upper body strength series, in May, we explore Vinyasa Krama (or Vinyasa, as it is popularly known). Vinyasa is a the art of flowing from one pose to another or stepping from one pose to another and helps increase strength and power generated by the body. The series is aimed at practitioners with an intermediate level of practice and may not be suitable for beginners (check out our beginner specific series instead).
This is a 4 part series on Fridays, except the 22nd of May when we will not have class.
