We break down the poses, explaining how to enter, hold, progress, and exit them safely, as well as educate students about the benefits of the practice. We specialize in high-quality, personalized instructions where you can be guaranteed a better understanding of yoga. If you have an injury or condition that needs attention, let us know beforehand and we will guide you to the best class option possible. Although we welcome you to any class, we offer a levels distinction to help you choose the practice most suitable for you. If you are unsure what level you are, let us know, and we can help.
