Join us, as part of our International Yoga Day Weekend Celebration, with our guest, Anu Arora, as she teaches us the Ayurveda way to use herbs and spices from your kitchen as preventative care, and to rejuvenate and enhance your immune system. A lost art – after this workshop, you will learn once again how to use key ingredients in your wellness practices, and create your own kitchen expertise.
Anu is an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor who studied at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy. She is also a graduate of Purna College of Yoga as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Through Ayurveda and Yoga consultations and training, Anu helps people return to their true nature and learn how to be self-aware to allow the body to heal itself.
